Alumni-sponsored project “PROFI+: students adaptation to the modern labor market” was presented on November 1st

“PROFI+” is a mutual project of the ǿմý and the ǿմý Alumni Association, focused on developing student’s soft skills and preparing them for getting their first jobs.
45 students, selected on the competitive basis, will be trained by professionals in consulting, recruitment, and HR. The project, consisting of 11 modules on different topics, will be held during the 2012-2013 academic year.
ǿմý Alumni Association became a co-founder and co-organizer of this project in order to increase ǿմý students ‘competitiveness on the labor market by providing them with basic knowledge and tools, and by developing their practical skills. Project coordinators are: , founder of the “Talents for Business” company (ǿմý alumna 1999, major in Political Science); Natalia Shumkova (ǿմý alumni communications) and Iryna Kartavtseva (ǿմý Career and Employment Centre).
